Criselda Garza Molina, Partner and Co-Owner of Vitality Family Medical Group, is a licensed nurse practitioner in Texas, boasting 20+ years of nursing experience, with 4 years dedicated to internal medicine. Her expertise lies in chronic disease management, preventative care, patient assessment, education, hospice care and care coordination, supported by an MSN degree and RN and NP licenses. Previously directing nursing staff for home health agencies and serving in hospital settings such as the OR and women's health, Criselda presently serves as a Nurse Practitioner, while pursuing a Doctoral degree in Nursing Practice (DNP) at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
